Rotation of Thought

By Amber Bachiochi Thompson

How much we feel in the belly,
water rolling over us.

Write me one about coats in a coat room.
Make it a love story. Make it
just a little sad. Tell me
there are three people ahead of me
as I grip the empty chair. Oh.

The bath. A more serious word for bubbles.
What does touch become
when it leaves the skin?
